Some appetisers Maggie whipped up recently, including a fresh salsa of coriander, cherry tomatoes and BBQ corn, grilled mushrooms with olive oil, garlic and feta, and ciabatta with extra virgin olive oil, caramelised balsamic and dukkah for dips.
