Beef three ways

Beef cheek cottage pie, hanger steak, bone marrow, spinach puree & sprouts.

Such an incredible dish! We already adore brussels sprouts but these are ridiculous – deep fried and tossed with some cured beef and chestnuts and finished with a serious vinaigrette. Marrow. What more needs to be said? Oh the cottage pie… *drool*
