No seafood dinner in Singapore would be complete without a dish of chilli crab. Certainly not the prettiest dish in the world, and one of the messiest, but this one is worth the effort. Delicious tomatoey, chilli infused and egg thickened sauce coating a meaty crab. Mopped up with some sweet, fried buns I’m in heaven.
