Dim sum at Din Tai Fung. Far too many photos to add here, so I will have to defer to the gallery on the old website for the particulars. Needless to say there were plenty of steamed dumplings (soupy and non soupy), plenty of steamed buns (sweet and savoury), several bowls of silky smooth noodles (wet and dry), deep fried won tons, fried prawn cake, some vegetables & salad to balance it all out and even room for some desserts. All lovely. The Din Tai Fung franchise must be world famous for a reason.
