Eichardt’s is a small hotel with a bar/restaurant. We came for breakfast and everything was excellent. I wish we could have stayed for tapas served a bit later in the day.
The omelette consists of 2 eggs, wild thyme mushrooms, goats cheese and local roquette served with wholemeal toast and tomato relish.
