We recently visited Paul’s Famous Hamburgers in Sylvania (sorry, no post-worthy photos) but it reminded me of all of Maggie’s delicious burgers. This is one area I agree accessories are essential. In addition to the usual toppings that make a burger “the lot” – pineapple, beetroot, cheese, bacon and egg, we like using rocket or baby spinach and maybe some sautéed mushroom on a good wholegrain bun. Delicious!
