Hương Xưa

A new chain of North Vietnamese restaurants has popped up in Cabramatta and Canley Heights called Hương Xưa. Since most Vietnamese living in Australia are from the southern part of Vietnam these eateries offer something a little different to the norm.

Here we have a form of pan-fried Phỡ which is normally a noodle soup and grilled pork, spring rolls and vermicelli as a platter. Instead of fish sauce being a dip on the side, it is served as a broth in which these items are bathed in an eaten. Crazy!
