After seeing the Pandas at Singapore Zoo, we were Vungry! I know, I know, we’re a captive market blah blah blah but we were famished and this place looked all right and was conveniently located at the exit of the panda enclosure, so there.
Mapo tofu literally translates to Grandma’s Tofu. Spicy pork mince and tofu in a thick gravy. Portion size quite small, the flavour was also lacking but oh well. Lesson learnt.
