Popiah

Popiah skin spread with garlic, sweet sauce, sambal chilli, topped with ‘crispy bits’, peanut, egg, shredded cucumber, coriander leaves and cooked turnip with carrot.

The popiah skin seems to be really thin steamed rice flour mix. So thin it’s almost transparent and each roll is hand-made before being cut into bite-sized portions. The most vegetables I have eaten at a food centre so far! The long queue for this stall is justified. This was an accidental find, and delicious surprise at that!
