Lamb and rosemary sausage, Cumberland pork sausage, baby spinach, feta, roast pumpkin and grilled tomato finished with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
A bit on the meaty side (my bad, wanting to finish the last of our sausages before going away) but still very fresh, tasty and hearty for another cool summer’s day.
