The finished product of waiting around at the previously mentioned flavour station. This vendor persistently tried to reel us in as we walked past to sus out her setup – she didn’t have much of a sales pitch, but to be honest I was sold from the beginning.
The bread is so, so fresh – crispy on the outside yet so soft and fluffy on the inside. You can still hear the meat and egg sizzling. I opt for pickles but no fresh veges and plenty of extra chilli to kill any potential stomach bugs – a tactic that has worked so far this trip.
