Vietnamese food van

Of all the food vans in the markets at Fairfield Showgrounds there are only 2 that don’t sell kebabs and the usual deep fried items. 1 sells mini dutch pancakes but the other sells Vietnamese food! It was a pretty cool winter’s morning so we stopped to try their phỡ and bún đặc biệt. I wasn’t expecting much but I was very surprised that it was some of the best phỡ I have eaten in quite a long time. The bún was also very good.
