Grilled salmon
A slight recovery, but this salmon was overcooked and as such a little dry. The sauteed onions just don’t belong on top of this kind of fish. At Anchorage Restaurant, Lord Howe Island
Mi goreng
Another unfortunate choice. This mi goreng was sadly lacking any mi-ningful flavour. At Anchorage Restaurant, Lord Howe Island
Scallops, prosciutto and apple puree

Pumpkin soup
One of the first things we ate after touching down from our flight. It was quite good and really hit the spot. Apparently they bake their own sourdough. At Anchorage Restaurant, Lord Howe Island
Mixed plate
So much incredible food for so little money. At Jasmins Lakemba the mixed plate consists of: Falafel, Hommous , Baba Ghannouj, Kafta, Shish Kebab, Chicken, Kebbeh & Tabouli. Complementary pickles and vegetables not pictured. Jasmins, Lakemba
Falafel
Love my falafel, and these are up there with the best. From Jasmins, Lakemba
Pie, peas, mash and gravy
Can’t remember which pie exactly (and probably doesn’t matter) but the pies at this shop are quite all right. Though in this formation it’s the entire ensemble. From Stockade Pies, Campbelltown
