Gorgeous greek chicken
… and herby vegetable cous cous and tzatziki. A delicious cous cous salad with peas, capsicum and dill finished with feta cheese and a herb crusted chicken. Lovingly prepared by my loving wife, recipe from Jamie’s 15 minute meals.
Pan mee
Hand thrown noodles in soup with mushroom, minced pork and fried anchovies. Although not a dish I’ve ever had before, suffice to say that it was different but still tasty. Available Tuesdays at Albee’s Kitchen, Cabramatta

Duck salad
Are you beginning to see some sort of pattern forming? There is just something about duck salad and I actually first discovered it here with my brother years and years ago. At Thanh Binh, Newtown

Spring rolls
I rarely order deep fried food at Vietnamese restaurants let alone spring rolls. And yet these are absolutely an exception – incredibly crispy exteriors they have. At Thanh Binh, Newtown
