Monsoon is tucked away in an alley behind a busy street in Ho Chi Minh City. It takes ‘Asian’ food to another level. I say ‘Asian’ because it offers Thai, Lao, Cambodian and Burmese sub-menus which were interesting to browse. This night we stuck with Thai.
