Fergburger is somewhat of an institution in Queenstown however we had just wanted a quick burger for lunch and looked it up on Tripadvisor. That was a good idea.
It wasn’t quick nor cheap but the burgers are amazing. Totally worth it!
Chief Wiggum: Slow roasted New Zealand pork belly, lettuce, tomato, red onion, hash brown, aioli and apricot seeded mustard.
Tropical Swine: Prime New Zealand beef, American streaky bacon, cheddar cheese, pineapple, lettuce, tomato, red onion, aioli and tomato relish.
The Codfather: Fresh Blue Cod, beer battered with dill tartare, lettuce, tomato, red onion and aioli.
Big Al: 1/2lb of prime New Zealand beef, bacon, cheese, 2 eggs, beetroot, lettuce, tomato, red onion, relish and aioli.
