ru. phỡ bar is tucked away down a quiet alley a distance away from the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City’s central business district. The restaurant is a fairly swish looking place and thankfully the food quality has not been neglected.
The set lunch menu is especially good value for money and allows for a decent amount of variety. I would certainly do the fried phỡ again! It is afterall deep fried.
