After a morning on Fox Glacier trekking through the ice we decided to replenish ourselves with some more salmon. We were all very pleased with our previous night’s dinner which consisted of the same salmon that is served at the farm’s café.
Maybe it’s personal bias because I cooked the salmon that night, but I think the salmon tasted better when we cooked it ourselves 😉 The food here was just ok. Best to stick to the fresh salmon and do something to it yourself I reckon.
