The food at Mango Bay resort is surprisingly good which is welcome news because the resort is quite a distance from the fairly underdeveloped town. We had no problems eating almost every meal here, save for the expense. Apart from the falafel which were unusually pastey everything pictured was good – my favourite being the sliders featuring bò lá lốt (beef wrapped in some leaves), chả cá (reconstructed fish paste blend) and chả (char grilled pork patties of bún chả Hà-nội fame) on brioche buns.
